O-Creative is the personal portfolio of designer Olga Lavecchia. Olga is a Creative Director, working with teams who intersect the creative process within company’s to help build a strong Brand Vision, strategy and identity .

She managers a team consisting of multi skilled designers from User experience researchers, Interaction designers, Visual designers - all contributing to create products and services. Olga’s team also included technical skills such as developers and media producers.

She has organised and facilitated key strategy sessions for Marketing teams, which enabled each to target specific personas in their respective markets. She works client side, driving business goals and reflecting the communities they serve.
